Dr. Gabor Mate A deep thinker, Gabor is an expert on addiction, attention deficit disorder (ADD),  mind-body wellness, adolescent mental health, and parenting. Ian Watson Seminars and Consulting The basis of Ian's work is self healing and personal transformation. Ian is the author of one of my very favorite books: The Tao of Homeopathy. On a personal level, Ian has been hugely instrumental  in helping me align myself with a more authentic sense of myself. Adyashanti "Adyashanti’s nondual teachings have been compared to those of the early Zen masters and Advaita Vedanta sages.
